Blends vs nomad

Dialed it down to 2 different skis. I’m 5’5 around 120. Looking at the blends in a 171, or the nomad 176 since they measure around 173. I like the width and price of the blend but love nomads. Opinions?

Nomads will def last u longer most durable skis ive had, line skis dont have nearly the same build quality. That being said u might have more fun on the blends if ur smaller/lighter i found nomads to be on the slightly heavier side

With my weight I think I’d be able to charge a little bit with the the blend but speeds and durability is my main concern with the ski

Rode a 171 nomad they felt really light and soft but also ski pretty small

I bought blends last year and was so excited. They are by far the most fun ski I’ve ever rode on. However with that being said they also delaminated today. 2nd pair to do so in the last 3 years. If you can afford new ones. Line really has been testing my patience with durability.

icelantics have above average durability and a good balance of stability and softness. blends are probably the softest ski you can buy on the market currently, thats pretty nice but don't ignore the fact that they snap and delam hella.
