like both stiff and soft skis

lookin for powder ski that can also hold its own in the park (but mainly powder)

uassal snow conditions are hard pack, but rare powder days and thats what im lookin for

thanks for the help

If your going to use your AR6's in the park, then arv's or blends, but get ARV's cause I have the blends haha.

your aloud to get the same skis as other people. but in all reality the ar6 would handle everything fairbanks can throw at you

ya i know the ar6 can do any thing but it cant really do powder that well and im thinkin this mite be a good season for powder and im hopin too, but you guys think the anthem is out of the mix

I've skied all three.. and Blends sound like the best bet. Anthems aren't really thast great in pow.. they're ok, but nothing compared to the blend. ARV's would be an ok choice.. but I'm not partial to Armada anymore. There isn't enough bang for the buck. Have you considered other skis? Like Scott Punishers? Or 4frnt MSP's?

ar6 can do powder, how often are you coming to Alyeska and what are the chances it will be a pow day when you do come. and how often does Fairbanks have snow.

ok thanks i didnt even think about 4frnt msp's but the waist is 83 thats only one mm bigger than my ar6 so i dont think so. ive got it down to blends or antem or any other unkown that i didnt think about

Rossi Scratch Brigade - waist is 98 (beaver has it in stock)

Salomon Gun - waist is 96

Libtech freeride skis - waist is 93 w/ wavy edges

Volkl Bridges - waist is 92

Dynastar Big Trouble - waist is 92

there are some other similarly sized skis

ok fairbanks has cycles 10 years of bad 10 years of good snow this is starting the first year of good and plus it rained like crazy this summer and we already got a foot of powder in one day. so i think it will be a good season plus its been alot warmer than uasuall.

alyeska: ok i go to alyeska, but its not regualr some time spring break sometime X-mas vacation its nevver known ( i'm young so i live with my parents) ya know but i think we will go when theres powder im trying to convince them.

how does that not make sense re read my words if you have to i was skiing before i was walking not standing walking big difference

and i dont know about the north face never tried but ive seen it i bet i coud do it ok but i dout i could rip it though so i guess the answer is sort of. sorry that doesnt help much

i still don't understand why you want fatter skis, your small and Fairbanks doesn't have powder and when it does the ar6 would be fine in it

because im addicted thats why. and i want something better than what i have for what i need. uggg skiinglike a drug people think ya ill try it just once then next thing you know BAM ur hooked and it never stops this stuffs worse than crystal meth

My first season, I had a blast skiing powder in used 60mm waist racing skis. Selling those skis brought up some good memories...
