Blend or Chronic

I wanted a new pair of skis and ive pretty much narrowed it down to a line blend or chronic. I ski in the East and i want the skis to do well all over the mountain and in the park. i was a little bit skeptical about the fact the blend has 100 mm waistline. i want to have a at a least little float in powder and thats why i thought the blends would be nice but i just dont know if they are as good as the chronics when it comes to the park, so which ones do you guys think i should get? thanks.

Chronic cryptonite.

Its more like the old blend, with a 90 somehting waist, so it still does great for east coast bullshit but can handle powder (east coast powder that is) pretty damn good I would imagine.

Its kind of in the middle between the two.

BUT. If I had to choose, I'd go with the blend, but that is for my style of skiing, whatever you choose I'm sure you'll be satisfied with. Line makes some dope skis

good call with the cryponite. it's an awesome ski and a great choice for someone who wants something a little more park oriented than the blend (although blends still shred park).

good all mountain twins made for a few years that you can get cheapish:

Prohpet 100

Salomon Gun

K2 Kung Fujah(probably didn't spell right), K2 Maden AK, AK enemy(or something like that, skinnier Maden i think), K2 Seth skis 04-08(2nd gen yellow pistols are top 5 sickest graphics ever made).

Armada ARV

Of all these, if your focuse is a all mtn. ski that kills in the park and does well in the pow, my personal choice would be ARVs, than Fujas

Out of those two, and considering your situation? Chronic.

Obviously since you're on the EC, you'll be skiing more park than powder. Andddddd the Chronic is Line's stiffer park ski, meant for the big hits and whatnot - meaning it stiffer and more all-mtn friendly.

you can't go wrong with either. both are solid choices for what your looking for. it all depends on the mounting point and your personal preference for your underfoot. if you are considering blends, 100mm isn't that wide at all and they will perform almost as good as the chrons in the park + they will slay everything else. chrons are an awesome ski too only they are a bit more park oriented but will still destroy the rest of the mt.

if your doing more all/mt & pow than park go with blends. if your doing more park than go with chrons.
