Is their a company that sells just blank skis. I want to make some skis for an independent study in school. and i have a way of making graphics i just dont know where to get blanks.

well i figure blanks skis in bulk would be much cheaper if i could find them. Versus buying real name brand skis an dpainting them white

I found some brand new unmounted blank white rockered AKs in our garbage. But I'm sorry, you can't have them:)

Yeah suuuuure you did, I also bring things home from work that I find in the "garbage". I'm sure K2 has cooler stuff laying around than my shop though.

yea, i have last years sprayers and spraypainted to little rossi sign and the sprayer on the bottom flat black and meow it all black, its soo dope

just paint them, but before you just throw some white paint down...(1)sand the topsheet with fine sand paper, so the paint has something to adhere to. (2) prime the surface with primer, which you can buy in spray form, this keeps the original graphic from showing through,(3) then paint the surface whatever color you want, and try to use rusto cause its thick ass paint. (4) do your independant study

if you have IDEA ,then watch the sublux video in the bonus section and there's like a quick timelaspe of someone doing sick ass drawings on blank skis.

I made some last year:

email the companies that make them in house.

im sure someone could list those and ask for a blank pair. you'll have to pay for them fully no doubt, but it shouldn't be that hard to find.

yup closest thing to a blank ski out there...just put a flat layer on a super cheap pare would prob be better then spendin $300 bones for a school project

revolution is a manufacturer. I dont know if they will do one offs. I was thinking of prajekt three years ago, im sure they folded by now

ok i was mistaken. i assumed like the ski version of a blank skate deck. super cheap with no graphic etc. srry. prior does custom too.

bump. Im talkin a place i can buy like 15-20 straight up wood twin tips with metal edges. like hopfully less than $50 each or it could be like 100$ cause im gonna have a couple investors.

i was thinking about this today. like a company just make skis with out graphics and only colors like white, blue, black, red, ect. kind of how so many skate companies do their boards. it saves money and people wont avoid buying you skis because they dont like the color because they could choose from a variety of colors

wait, if you wanted to put your own graphic on, wouldnt you want a ski WITHOUT a topsheet at all. unless im misstakin, you would put the graphic on and it wouldnt be covered by anything, so it would be scratched off rather quickly

what about bluehose, wouldnt they have some blanks seeing as they just started up. I would think they would have a pair lying around without any graphics.

last year for a class we got to make our own skis

ands we could make our own graphics, it was sick because then we got to go ski on them for a week
