I know this may be stupid, but could you take one of the roads up to Rendezvous and then hike to the top of Horstman, hike and ride the public park without paying? I mean $50 ticket for just 3 hours is a bit steep... I dont imagine the public park would have anything too cool either. But if you can get there for free...

you can try.. i don't know if it would work because i can't imagine whistler would be too pumped. try driving a pickup truck it'd look way more convincing

if you have a pickup you can PROB drive up to the base of 7th. but good luck hiking to horstman from there

nearing the top its all rocks but there is a trail of snow you can follow up.

I saw the park from camp, just looked like a couple boxes and rails, don't know about jumps.

once you get passed the first chair no one will check your pass youll be able to take seventh easy no hike required !

public park right now is basically a small 20 ft ish jump into a c box, up down box, flat box, smaller flattish uppish box to a narrow down box

I was just up yesterday man and the public park is way sicker, they took over the dave murray lane so they have some smallish but awesome jumps now along with an up box and a flat down.

Just hike up to the second chair and your clear from then on. Your allowed to hike but watch out for bears!
