Ok, so far this is whats up. were gonna have two models, the Perception, and the Analog. The Perception is an all mountain type ski, the same idea as the darkside kinda. there is a prototype graphic in the digiart section. The newest ski, the Analog, was just thought up today, (fri 21). Its gonna be a park ski, and while i just started playing around with the graphics, they will be amazing. sidewalls are gonna be glow in the dark, and the topsheet will be printed on the same stuff. the bases will use black and that flouro green shit. Designs with involve analog electronics: Turntables, headphones, tape players, that shit. should be dope.

Also, if for some reason you want to replace the bitchin graphics with your own, you can create a graphic, send it to me, (top and bottom) and get custom grphics. should be around 50 bucks extra. also, cause i am still very early in the R&D stage, it is a real possibility that i will need some folks to test these bitches. yup, thats you. will be a blank, and the price will be under 200, just building cost and shipping. hopefully should be able to hook some people up before winter.

Unless i encounter any legal shit, the company name is BLACKbox, and all the names and symbols should be cool.

PS, ill get the Analog graphics up as soon as possible

uh, the testers will be just building cost. which will be around 140-180. the actual skis, prolly mid winter release, will cost 300-400, and 50 extra for custom graphics. the tester skis will be used to find the best sidecuts, construction methods, that stuff. gonna want some people to throw down, cause the idea of the tester ski is to figure out whats wrong and whats right. also, if yah break um, ill prolly hook you up with either a dirt cheap/or free production model. If your interested, i wanna know. later

just to warn you, preception is a huge kayak company, so for trademark issues you might wanna think up another name. otherwise i think what your doing is cool shit. i have been bugging my local snow board company (hayes brothers) to try and make twins, but it doesnt look like that will ever happen.

because perception is the ski name you should be good. and if they do anything about it just tell them about the victoria's secret suit. it was the company trying to sue a store called that but since it doesn't harm them the court ruled it was legal.

I like the concept, the only hard part will be hooking up a company to make them for you, especially if your intigrating new concepts. Good luck with everything though.

I dunno, I just like the feel, thats all... Caps cool though, and glow in the dark is cool in the dark, but not as cool in the light, id say id be ill, white skis with black sidewalls, or something liek that

you guys im pretty sure hes making them himself, not getting hooked up with another company. pretty sure hes doin it in his garage. i say sidewall and yeah i don't think the glow in the dark stuff looks that cool durring the day. plus that would add to costs wouldn't it.

ok, i have got about 20 mesages. ill just reply to all of um here. Im from ohio, which sucks, my 1260s are falling apart, and something like this could possibly keep me away from a summer job. thats kinda the background. wanted to do it for a long time.

the glow in the dark stuff will be white durring the day, and im not even sure if ill be able to find any, its just an idea.

dey gonna be sandwhiched, cause cap suck. im building um in my garage with my brahs, all i need is a old fridge for a vac pump, and some flat cash for materials. im also gonna be building skateboards, so if anyone wants a sweet ass longboard, i can hook you up.
