Barely used Blackberry 8700c for sale, 80$ shipped. I got it from work but I don't have Cingular or AT&T so I cannot use it on my plan. All you have to do it is put your SIM card in and it works perfect, I tested it with my girlfriend's Cingular SIM card and she does not have a Blackberry plan, just a regular voice and text plan. Thus, it works with just regular texting and calling if you do not want to get a data plan. Package comes with phone and charger. I have sold a hoodie on here once before if you are looking for validity. I thought I'd throw it up on here before I turn to ebay or Criag's list. I'll give it a week or so to see if you guys have any interest.

EDGE is the broadband internet that AT&T and Cingular use. It's what the iPhone runs on as well. Comparable to the Verizon EV-DO network.
 
EDGE stands for Enhanced Data GSM Environment...and like someone mentioned, it's the data access system that AT&T uses...but they also have a 3G network in some locations, which is faster and all around better.
 
This is a solid phone, and a solid price. I'm on my third blackberry now. Never had this one but a buch of dudes I work with have/had this phone.
