all the other groups were groups i loved too so it was dope. fatlip was crazy.

Those are the two best songs, and the only two songs, that I've heard from Blackalicous. My older brother made a mix and left it in my car.
 
him would be Gift Of Gab(MC), it actually is them because Blackalicious consists of Gift Of Gab and Chief Excel

Just so you know basically every Blackalicious song off Blazing Arrow and Nia are rediculous. Just get both albums and you'll be straight.

Blazing Arrow hit home for me. Bumped that album hard, when it came out in 02 during a rough patch, and it lead to good things. It like my good luck album....in fact i'll put it on right now.
 
damn you guys are behind...I was listening to that album 3-4 years ago when it came out...he hasnt released anything worth while since, as far as i kno
 
Nah his new album is good too...he takes it to a new style that is much more intended to stick well with a wider audience.

The new album is clean, well edited and not as crazy but still very well done.

It's called 'The Craft' and I highly reccomend it along with Nia or Blazing Arrow.

Good songs: Aural Pleasure, Deception, Blazing Arrow, Day One....those are off the older albums.

The firt 4/5 songs on the Craft are real good and its put together as an actual album
 
yeah, the first half of the craft is illmonkey to the max. when i first listened to the album, i thoiught it was pretty good, then listened to it again and loved it even more

4th dimensional is a good gift of gab album too(DID YOU KNOW THAT: 2 songs from 4th dimensional rocket ships are in commercials? NOW YOU KNOW.

they put on a really dope show last night, a lot of freestyling and some Gift of Gab stuff was sang too. Pigeon John was sick as well, really excellent concert.
 
crazy, now blackalicious also has a song in a commercial. a Sunkist commercial. that's 3 in the bank for gift of gab
