Black Youtube Screen

I'm on a mac & on google chrome & every video I try to watch just gives me a black screen. I've googled & tried many of the things said on there such as clearing my cache & history & all that & nothing is working.

If anyone knows a more in depth way to fix this please let me know, as this is only on google chrome for me.

Run a magnet across the screen. That should help.

google chrome has been giving me problems alot too, glad its not only me.

Same exact thing happens to me, and I have a Mac and use Google Chrome. I hit the pause button and then the play button and the loading symbol comes up after that and then it starts playing. It's a pain in the ass, I don't understand why it's happening.
