NS it's time to support the peoples champion Ron Paul. The only Presidential candidate that will dramatically reduce big government, cut $1 trillion and balance the budget, cut taxes and give power back to the states and the people.

The media continues its blatant black out of Dr. Paul. It's time to send them the message that we will no longer stand for this bias. So join the people, let your voice be heard.

Ron Paul for President.

how can you so fervently support a candidate that has a medical degree and yet questions evolution as a scientific fact, and wishes to instate a monetary system (gold standard) that has never really worked well in any developed nation for an extended period of time?

let me offer something constructive instead of shitting on your ideals. I wish Dennis Kucinich was running for president this year. Though he realistically wouldn't win, he is the only politician I have heard speak in a long time that genuinely seems to care about the well being of the American people.

He has countless brilliant quotes, but my favorite is from the 2008 democratic debate. When the moderator said "Mr. Kucinich, you are one of the only people that voted against the patriot act", he responded "yes, because I read it."

somewhat related to topic.. but Newt gingrich looks exactly like wade phillips. just throwing thast out there. maybe this was already common knowledge. forgive me if it is

From a british observer - my concern here is... why would you vote for a guy to run the country when he cannot even find a suit that fits?

thatisall.

He voted for Afghanistan but did not vote for Iraq. If "Operation Iraqi Freedom" never occurred, I highly doubt that we would still be in Afghanistan. Would you have not voted to run down al-Qaeda?

Also, the Korean War is the longest war in American history. We still have 28,000 troops in South Korea and 40,000 in Japan despite the cease fire signed 57 years ago. The Korean conflict stemming from the Korean War is not technically over. Same deal as "Mission Accomplished" in Iraq years back.

I haven't been on the internet as much or seen the news in a while but I'm glad to hear he's doing well.

They can throw as much shit at him as they can but it's hard to stop anyone from voting for him when he's the only reasonable candidate.

Hopefully people are starting to realize how dumb they were voting for obama with the "we want change" bullshit. It bothered me seeing kids like 14 years old, not even old enough to vote with obama stickers all over because it was the cool thing to do and they got wrapped up in the whole my parents are wrong about everything and I'm going to get stickers for this trendy candidate. (something like that)

People vote for such terrible people. To think that people actually saw any of the last presidents as legitimate answers to problems makes me WUT. I'm going on a cross country road trip for the election next year, and everytime I see somebody voting for another asshole noob I'm going to slab them with me dick till the bleed.

while we all support him, we also have to follow through and get out and vote. please people. GO VOTE

it is exactly because of people like you that he has less of a chance, fucking vote for who you want not who has a chance. i mean really, who wants to vote for obama again? the guy has been such a hypocrite its unbelievable. and the republican candidates all seem to suck too.

i think you would be surprised at how many people are desperately looking for a way out of this two party bullshit. especially when the supposedly liberal president has only stepped up bush's destruction of our rights.

I'm not saying you shouldn't vote for who you believe in, I'm saying that there are 300,000,000+ people in america, and not as many people agree with his position as you think. Ergo, He will never be elected, and just because you vote for him doesn't mean that his message will be spread, or whatever you thinks gonna happen.

Out of all the republican candidates, all are absolute trash besides ron paul. I'm a democrat myself but ron paul's beliefs actually make sense (well there are some dumb things like the gold standard), and he's the only canidate who seems like a likeable person.

In all his years being involved in politics, he has never shifted his views, unlike many of the assholes vying for the nomination. i applaud him, and if he gets the nomination (unlikely, i know), i will vote for him. if he doesnt get the nomination, i can almost guarantee we'll see obama in office for four more years, and i'll be one of those people that puts him there.

Yea big government is clearly the problem, it worked out so well for Bush's term we should def keep endorsing it. Let's keep cutting taxes, but not cut spending so our debt continues to go up, makes no sense. I just find it funny how everyone loves pointing the finger at Obama and blaming him for all our problems... Does no one not realize how shitty the economy was when Obama first took office, I am just amazed that we didn't go into a depression.

pretty much this. has he been perfect? No, but he got dealt a shitty hand and everyone expected him to succeed with it

I feel like around half of Ron Paul's ideas are great, but then the other half will basically wreck our country. I don't even know anymore.

Semi-related: I will be able to vote for the first time in this coming election. I have no clue who I'm going to vote for though, I guess the best thing I can do is just read up on all the candidates. I feel like this election, and every other one, will just be picking the best of the worst. No one's beliefs will be perfectly on point with mine, but I guess the best thing for me to do is find the person with the most similar. Anyone care to educate me on anything else I can do?

im a big fan of the decide who i hate and vote for the other guys. its always easier to find someone you really wouldnt want to run the country so use a process of elimination.

if you eliminate the impossible, no matter how improbably what remains must be the truth. good old sherlock.

your electoral system pretty much means that only one of two sides will win so as you say there will never be a party that fits your ideas completely.

Totally cool if you're against abortion; but if you want to take away a girl's choice to have one, you're just an ignorant fool. I liked what I saw of his political stances (less big government and foreign influence), but his social views (evolution, abortion) really turned me against him. Great leaders know that you have to be unwavering in some situations, but also willing to appease the thoughts of others in some cases; social issues, especially those concerned with religion, should not be a part of politics and government in general.

It's your right to be a god-fearing Christian or whatever, but when governing a populace as diverse as the United States (or any group of people) you have to make judgements based on basic human moral code, not that of your specific religious views, regardless of your religious affiliation.

At least Obama opened up and showed that he's fuckin hilarious; that wins my vote if nothing else. probably not gonna vote though, choosing the lesser of evils isn't worth my time, especially when the majority of the population who follows the media religiously will go the way they tell them anyway.

So you'd rather have no rights, no privacy, a bankrupt country, shit for jobs, random wars in every country, because the guy sounds a little better and isnt a christian?

I think being a christian is retarded but I'm only gonna cast my vote for a guy that cares about my rights, the economy, and generally knows what hes doing.

I mean shit, him and peter schiff have a fucking epic track record for pwning the news experts, congressman, and citizens of america.

Fuck having another shitty president like the one's we keep getting.

Fuck obama, fuck bush, fuck clinton, fuck bush, fuck em all. Lets go and get some real change and save our country before it's too late

Oh yeah and fuck all the stupid little kids who arent old enough to vote, know nothing, yet have obama stickers everywhere and talk about change.

Fuck the ignorant republicans that hate the democrats.

Fuck the ignorant democrats that hate the republicans.

Fuck all the ignorant people.

FUCK

I'm gonna have to disagree with this. What Ron Paul says is for the most part "Correct", but he doesn't really say much. I do not want that man leading the most powerful military in the world. It is really hard to live up to Obama's foreign policy.

From what i have seen, Paul focuses mainly on the domestic issues, and i like his stances. I have yet to see any evidence though that he is a competent to represent our country in dealing with international relations.

Just my two cents and i would love to have someone prove me wrong. Because there is always someone more educated than myself on this issue, and there is someone more educated than the person who is more educated than I am.

Actually Ron Paul supports freedom in of choice about abortions. He may feel one way or another but he also believes that Government shouldnt tell you what you can and cant do. He is for legalizing drugs because once again the Government shouldnt tell you what to do.

I really like Ron Paul's fiscal policy. I think a1 trillion cut from the budget would be a good step in the right directions. But some of this other policies scare me (foreign policy etc) so i havent decided where my vote goes.

This, Kucinich is to liberals what Paul is to conservatives. He is what Obama used to be. Maybe he'd have the balls to take on Congress and call them out on their fuckery...

Difference being Paul isnt a true conservative. He is a Libertarian... Meaning to conservatives some of his stances are very liberal but some of them are very conservative.

If people got past thinking of him as a joke I think he could be a very middle of the road candidate.... Can appeal to liberals through abortion, drug control etc and conservatives through his fiscal policy.

Obviously I have problems with some of his stances and I dont know if I can get over them enough to vote for him or not.

you guys seem to be forgetting this little concept known as checks and balances...its not like if Dr. Paul ever somehow did get elected he would be able to just go in there and do whatever the fuck he wants. In fact that quite the contrary to what would happen because the man would strictly follow the constitution..

so adding a few more trillion to the debt, killing freedoms, printing money and raping the economy for starters are great things?

The biggest issue to me is the economy. It killed me to have that issue be a big deal in 08 yet have people listening to economic noobs onstage.

Idk. I dont agree with paul on everything but I think hed be the best president of recent years by miles.

To me people who voted for and support recent presidents are saying fuck you founding fathers, fuck you kids that are gonna inherit this mess, and fuck you america.
