Black People

Living here in Whistler I find this whole thread remarkably odd. I am assuming that a majority of the posters on this thread have never heard of the National brotherhood of Skiers. (www.nbs.org).

Whistler (as well as a very large selection of other resorts across North America) hosts the brotherhood annually. They are a very welcome addition and I can assure you that there are a great deal of VERY capable and experienced black skiers. I have had the good fortune of skiing with a number of them.

Yeah, my roommate (black dude) was joking at whistler a few weeks ago that he was the best black skiier on the mountain, and it was probably true (it was his first day skiing). I hadn't noticed it until then, but it's very true...
