Black ops II -- think it'll be good?

in mw3 they definitely nerfed the explosives a bit too much, they should have only nerfed the nub tub, and left it at that.
 
This. I'm a "fanboy" of sorts but it's time to retire. Black Ops 2 looks fucking childish. COD4 was certainly the best. Red Dead Redemption 2, Halo 4, Half Life 3, and GTA 5 should be solid, especially because those games have big budgets and notoriety.
 
I think that if you like the normal CoD format, it will be hated. However it may actually be a good game, just not at all what the CoD community expects or is used to. So, personally I think it will be the worst CoD Title ever, but not necessarily the worst game ever.
 
this always gets me mad when people started play cod with mw2 and act like cod experts. same with halo, they started with halo 3 and act like they know everything.
 
will i buy it? yes. will it be good? most likely not. will i be putting cod 4 back in my xbox two weeks after it comes out? probably.
 
I sold my first Black Ops after one month of playing it. Defs sure Im not picking this up but instead ill be getting Halo 4
 
I wish they'd make more games with incredible campaigns.

Hearing a bunch of 12 year olds screeching "noob! fuck you (plethora of racist remarks)! every 2 seconds is extremely unappealing.

I'm going to wait for gta5, then never play anything again until a new grand theft auto or battlefied comes out.

black ops wasn't necessarily a good game but i loved it and had so much fun playing domination and gun game. the modern warfare series is technically much better in terms of realism, graphics, and gameplay but it takes itself so seriously. black ops was more designed for the people playing it to have a damn good time, whereas mw3 is all about being really serious and paranoid and yelling at people online. i think black ops 2 could be extremely fun in the sense that you get to fly helicopters and shoot shit but only if you remember it's not meant to be as serious as the mw series

they all use the same shitty out dated engine, no call of duty game could be considered "realistic" since cod2, and the gameplay is the exact same every time

bf3 completely destroys cod in every aspect

he was comparing activation to treyarch, so yes, the mw series does have better graphics.

not to mention how can anyone judge this trailer? there is no online gameplay, i for one never buy cod for the campaign.
 
If I wanna play a future warfare game i'd play halo of gears of war, this looks like shit. They should focus more on past wars like vietnam that would make a kickass game I think.
 
vietnam games are usually awful because vietnam does not lend itself to be a playable war. Walking around a jungle then getting killed by a booby trap is not something players want to do.

I want another solid world war II game. It's been awhile since an actually good one came out.
 
i was comparing the call of duty games. modern warfare, compared to black ops, has better graphics and gameplay.

i agree bf3 is worlds better
 
should just make a revolutionary war where we line up in fields with shitty rifles and take turns shooting at each other until there are two people left standing and they charge each other with bayonets
 
Treyarch first turns COD into tonka raceway with their remote control cars and now it looks like they're turning it into lego star wars..
