Black Ops Favorite Weapon/Class

I started playing the campaign on Veteran, got to some level where VC never stop spawning and coming at you in the desert or some shit, it's fucking impossible. I'm going to start playing online now. What's youre favorite weapon/class? And how's the MP5 in this game?
 
For my default class I go with:

FAMAS with reflex scope

Makarov with upgraded sights

Frag

Nova Gas

Claymore

Ghost

Sleight of Hand Pro

Marathon Pro

Then I have a run n gun class with lightweight and marathon with the AK74 and a launcher class with ghost and the lock-on only rocket launcher with 3 rockets.

It's been working pretty well for me so far.
 
I've been running a MAC 11 with reflex or a mpk5 with suppressor , Cant say I'm completely happy with either of them I wish I had my UMP back

i've been using the mac11 with reflex sight, scavenger, sleight of hand pro, ninja, semtex. my killstreaks are rcxd, napalm strike, attack heli. playing mostly free for all on nuketown (that map is a clusterfuck i love it) working pretty well i have almost 5 hours of play time (got wisdom teeth out a couple days ago) and i'm level 18.

i used to love the fal, but i dont like it as much in this game. I've been using the m14 with a red dot, just my style

I have like 1.3k kills with it already, started using the famas though just to see what else is out there. Ak74 is the best gun in the game IMO.

I'm now a level 14. Been running around with this:

MP5 Supressor

Pistol secondary

Semtex, claymore

Stun nade

Lightweight

Stopping power perk (forget what the new name is called, and does it actually make the gun stronger or just help bullet penetration through walls?)

and Marathon

I've been doing alright, it took a while to become good again though. I started off with like a .8 k/d, now at 1.5 though so it's good. The levels so far are confusing though. And the campaign is fucking awesome, just beat the level that I was stuck on... so much fun.
 
AUG kicks hardcore ass when you unlock it, Ghost and Scavenger kick ass, Hardened Pro is awesome, Hacker is the best tier 3. I use the Python w/ speed reloader and grenades don't matter too much with me

Whats the difference between red dot and reflex scope?

This games hard lol i suck at it but its still fun im only level 9 though got it friday night and have played a lot of campaign

I use the ak47 w/ reflex,stoner63 w/reflex ,famas red dot, and spectre w/ silencer. Also been using the crossbow for crossmap hipfire sticks. gotta love it on nuketown getting crossmap spawn kills. lvl 55 btw so ive got almost every gun

quick question.. when people say gold guns are unlocked at prestige level 14, they mean prestige once, and get to level 14. right???

Regular sights are good enough to not need a scope if you can aim well enough. Been raping with it so far. I need to try out the SMG's though, I haven't really used them much minus the AK74.
 
I honestly don't understand how you can like this game. The graphics are worse than COD4, I can't stress enough how bad the graphics are, I feel like its just one step above GoldenEye. The killstreaks are bullshit, getting blown up by RC cars is gayer than AIDS, and they're everywhere because everyone equips hardened perk. The sniping is completely non-existent because either the maps are too small or the snipers rifles are too weak. Not to mention ALL the guns in general are fucking weak. Good luck having enough bullets in a clip to kill more than one person.
There only seem to be two guns that kill people properly, the FAMAS and the Galil. Not to mention the sound effects on the guns is worse than GoldenEye. I don't have time to into everything else that I hate about this game, but tomahawks and the bullshit crossbows are ridiculous. The Nazi zombies modes are worse than in World at war.
There is literally no upside to this game whatsoever. The folks at Activision must have sent IGN and the rest of them some hefty checks to get the ratings that black ops got.
The whole COD franchise is just riding off the success that Infinity Ward made for it with COD4.
 
Everything you just said there is wrong LiamButlers pro tip of the day: Learn to aim, maybe then you can kill more than one person per clip.
