Black GTI, Level 1 Sticker

Today on the 101 in Hollywood I saw a black 1.8T GTI with a Level 1 sticker on the side window being driven by a hot blonde chick. I was going to get up alongside her and yell something about chad's gap and then propose, but her lane was stopped and I was going like 60 and then the freeway split and I couldn't. :(
First time I've seen any Level 1/NS/Armada/whatever sticker in LA.

I'm going to make a guess that she either goes to UCLA or USC cause she doesn't ride high, I know all the girls that ski mammoth regularly...

Only place left is the USC/UCLA girls... some of them are pretty amazing... just don't get out as much so I don't know them really. Definitely some blondes in there though. You can probably very easily creep their team websites and locate.
 
im gonna guess something more out of left field... probably somewhere like SDSU

Both me and my gf graduated from usc in '09 and were ski instructors in mammoth this winter, and i can't think of a single person on the usc team over the last 4 years who drove that car, and fits the description

its possible its ucla, but i knew a fair amount of them so im gonna say somewhere in sd
