I need to rant...

So I pay $20 per month to my parents so I can have texting, because that's a pretty important thing to have in college. So I texted at fucking 3 in the morning and made a phone call late on the weekend. What do my parents do? Turn off not only my texting, but also calling starting at 11 pm every night... WHAT THE FUCK? That's safe... I can't even call 911. Awesome. Sweet how I was walking back from swim practice at 11 and couldn't even call public safety to give me a ride back to my dorm. I have the world's most amazing parents. Oh wait, I left my wallet at the pool too. And I have to worst stomach ache ever. What a terrific night. /rant.
 
Call the electric company. Tell them you need the power shut off so you can do some siding work on your house. Yo parents will think its a power outage and suffer for weeks waiting for power to come back on. Mwuahahaha
 
pay for your own phone service...and this wouldnt be an issue.

I've more than considered this, but seeing that I have $400 to get through the rest of 1st semester, that will not be possible. My parents are not paying for my college education. In fact they pay for almost nothing of mine.

I've talked to them plenty about this, and in fact 2 days ago my mother promised me she would not restrict my texting. What does she do? Restricts calling and texting.

I don't care about texting friends at 3 am or whatever, but this is a safety issue. Clearly they don't care about that either.

today this happened:

got gum stuck to my shoe. tried to pick it off of my griptape while moving and got hit in face with sprinkler. freaked out and did not see the hose sprinkler was attached too. board hit it and stopped. i fell into mud. board shot backwards into mud. gardener man got mad at me for messing up his flower bed. spent the rest of the day muddy. and wet for a little bit too. until it dried.

It's not about the texting as much as my parents are incredibly difficult people to deal with.

Your parents care if you are up past 11 in college? Holy helicopter parents. When do they plan on letting you be an adult?

There may be a way to call 911, but I still can't call public saftey. I called public safety because it's a 40 minute walk from the pool we practiced at to my dorm. It's safe enough to walk, but public safety is there for us to use anytime we need rides. I don't know what the fuck my parents are thinking... they are fucking stupid.

im drunk. But your dad is completely disappointing me. Everyone knows a girl shouldnt be walkin around at all past 11 on any fuckin college campus by herself. Ive had one of my ex girls get followed by some trenchcoat mask havin faggot around 11 pm on campus. She was scared ****less for awhile. For that reason alone he should give you fuckin unlimited international roaming plus some bear mace for those sick fuccs out there. tell em I said on behalf of all reasonable males, im disapponted in his cheap ass

my parents didnt give me a fuckin dime, yet i managed to pay for 8 years of education and have a phone. its called working your balls off. and trust me, youll be much better off later in life when you feel like you have earned things, not had everything handed to you on a silver platter.

having a cell phone is a luxury, not a right.

your parents pay for your phone, so they can do whatever the fuck they want. jesus if i wrote what you just wrote and my dad happened to read it, he would beat the living shit out of me for being such a fuckin whiney ass pussy.
