Hey I was just wondering if anyone goes to Bishops in Lennoxville Quebec and how far it is from what ski resort. Thanks

My brother goes there.... and we were talkin about it when he was home for Christmas.. do you think i can remeber it now.. NO!??! He says there is a fairly good party scene up there tho.....

I go to Bishop's, it is solid, party university. Cant imagine spending my/my parents money any where else. Mont Joye, with a good sized park, is 'only a joint away' (8mins +/-) and is 14 bucks a night or a 75 dollar membership. Orford is 20mins away, but Jay Peak is under an hour and worth the trip. This place is literally the ski bum (getting an education at the same time)'s dream. #1 campus bar in Canada thanks to CBC's monday report

 
^all true, Thom (apple) goes there and can't say enough abotu the party scene. Plus it's only 18 to drink plus good skiing except Jay is in US so things can get complicated if you hurt yourself etc.

Oh god, this place is amazing. words can not describe the awesomness of Bishops. I cant get over how awesome it is here. Everyone knows everyone, almost everyone is kind and fun and the skiing is aparently good. I havnt been skiing thought since i got back from the christmas break (for reason why see thread 'Park Etiquett') But there are so many kids here who ride. I honestly never want to leave this place. ever.

I've heard good things from old ski instructors about the place. Her name was Kelly Hodge. She's pretty hot. But anyways, apparently the nightlife is great, and my bestfriends older brother lives in Lennoxville now with friends and is having a super time.

Dont worry about that. Espicaly if you can scam a car from parents. or buy one yourself. (I suggest this so you can give me rides...) You can honestly go and ski between classes every day of the week. Once my ski got fixed last season i went riding sooo much. Everywhere from Jay to Loon to Joye... I had an epic year.

You will not regret comming to Bishops If you do. That is a guarentee. God I love this place.

hey thought i would just add on this post dose anyone know anything about their business program there, and how would u rate the university experience there?
 
i did a tour of Bishops and it seemed like a party school, with crappy dorms. the acadimics were lacking MAJOR, if you want an education dont go there. there were alumni cafiteria workers....thats how good it is
