Bios off of a diving board

how would i go about doing these? i heard they are easy

i can do corks already, i just dont know how to spin a bio
 
correct, A real cork off the diving board is mad hard. It's like a gainer.... you gonna get your feet out in front of you and spin. A bio you just huck forward but don't flip it. shit's way easier.

like with a cork all you do is if you spin to the left is punch your right hand down accross your body

 
^ Huck your shoulder forward and across your body like you would if you were to check someone in a hockey game or something. so it goes forward and sorta down. Rather than continuing with the down motion you want it to sorta trip your feet out and put you forward. just watch a vid, think about it, and go huck yourself. And I reach for a leading mute.
 
jea corks are hella hard of diving boards, unless you have mad hang time to set your spin late. it feels like a ganer cuz u spin back towards the board. i like doing switch tricks of diving boards but if you setup too late you fuckin die
 
huck forward but don't go inverted because i used to do that

it still involves the same movement as a cork if you know what i mean
 
dude yeah just huck it, an opp (left hand) mute helps bring the spin thru bio-style. for a misty just toss ur right elbow to ur left knee and she'll come around
 
the secret to corks/bios is always how you "set" the spin. To set a spin, and be able to visualize it easily, lift your arms up parallel with the ground in a sort of circle. (I hope you can understand that). To spin normally you would keep this "circle" parallel with the ground. For bios you want it leaning forward. Therfore making it off-axis. Imagine this circle and spin your upper body on it. This helped me a lot and if I explained it right, you shouldn't have much trouble with it.

no but seriously, rich had a pretty damn accurate description of what you should do.
 
when you throw yourself off axis like that and tuck your feet up you will naturally come to a 540. the more you stretch your legs the more spin it will take to even out.
 
set the spin like your gonna jump on your bed if you know what im talking about. and look under your left arm pit if you spin to the left and vice versa and commit. just experiment. the worst thing that could happen to you is you land on your back or something.
