Bios and mistys

i can never get my bios and mistys consistently different from each other. anyone else hav this problem?

Sure. Most people's flatspins turn into rodeos, and most people's bios turn into mistys until you do like 200 of them.

Yeh kinda but a weird way round- Mistys always turn into Bios, but Flats always into Rodeos!

They're close enough to be essentially the same thing unless they're super flippy or super mellow.

All the mistys I've ever done never ended up actually going upside down so wouldn't they be bios? But then everyone says it's a misty? Even my coach dude guy I had at Woodward at Copper said they were mistys. I DON'T GET IT!

I've just recently been learning what a bio is. Is it essentially just the opposite of a cork? Like bio is to cork as misty is to rodeo?

Yep, you got it. A bio is essentially a forward cork.

When most people say they can misty its just an overflip

misty=forwards d-spinbio = forwards cork

the underflip is on axis the above are not, lots of 'misties' off rails are just overflips, baranis, front fulls

rodeos and flats are strange and are difficult to compare to misties, corks, bios etc.
