Teratoma's are real, they are tumors. It's basically a tumor that has tissues inside of it that don't really belong there. Sayyy you've got a tumor on your stomach, and tissue that should be found only in the liver resides in that tumor. Thats a teratoma. Although thats just one example, any myriad of locations and tissues can exist, in some cases forming more complex structures within the tumor itself, like an eye or whatever.

That thing up there though, not a teratoma. That thing is fake, be it photoshopped or a sculpture idk.
