Biological equality

So in your mind, the sentence "men are physically superior to women" is logically equivalent to the sentence "men can be physically superior to women"? I can see why you don't do well with actual logic. These sentences are not the same yet the thing is some people do argue this point, and I was making sure OP wasn't. But, nice try.

I think you're taking what op said too literally, he was clearly just implying women are worse at playing soccer than men, not bad at actually playing it.

Never said anything of the sort. You just have terrible reading comprehension... Or are always looking to debate semantics and wording instead of ideas.

The starting point of any discussion is a clear definition, and if we can't be clear about it then mistakes will be made. Why should I assume what he meant?

If you re-read my post to you, it was phrased in the form of question. And if you say yes to the question, then I was calling you out. It seems like you are the one with terrible reading comprehension.

Go back and read your first post. Then sit down, shut up, and think about what you've done.

Now, do you think women are physically inferior, superior or equal to men? It's a simple question, with a very clear ideological intent, and allows for a wide berth of qualifiers in your answer. Can you bring yourself to actually address the question instead of the wording?

Wow your reading comprehension is deplorable, and now I just know you're trolling because I've already agreed with the OP that in a general sense men are physically stronger than women before you came into the debate. I agree with him in the first sentence of my second post in this thread. You just don't understand it I guess.

Everything said has gone straight over your head... Or your trolling. And doing a terrible job of it. First rule of trolling: you should never put in more effort than the person you're trying to troll. Come on man!

how about race? even more of a taboo question really, but i find it very interesting.

can the average black man jump higher and run faster than the average white man?

are more asians talented in math than whites?

are inuits better adapted to the cold?

im all for equality, but realistically, we all have some differences.

Generally, when people speak about equality, it's in reference to moral equality which is not the same thing as physical equality, the things you listed.

Ill bite.

1) the average african american has a greater potential vert and top speed largely because Slaves in the americas were picked based upon their strength and athletic look. additionally it took some strong fucking humans to survive the abhorrent conditions to reproduce.

2) no. i think its nurture more than nature.

3) yes. better adapted to utilize a high fat, high meat diet. blood vessels and circulatory differences also allow for lower heart rate and circulation to extremeties.

Those are some pretty loaded questions, and I actually agree with Californiagrown. Your examples there are more specific populations adapting to the environment (not race). As for your example of Asians and academics, I would think that is more a cultural thing.

Women are free to du what they want. They should never be discriminated against for doing stuff that is not typical. But people can not turn their heads away from the fact that men are typically physically stronger than women. does not mean they can not be stronger than some or even most men but they are not biologically designed to be strong. in prehistoric time they stayed at home and watched the kids while the men went out hunting thats just how it was. maybe in 10,000 years they will adapt and men and women will get closer biologically as brute strength is no longer needed in todays society but as of right now they are biologically inferior when it comes to pure muscle mass.

lets agree to disagree on this subject and the other subject

Lets agree that I'm right because im backed by science, and you don't know what you're talking about.

On the otherhand it could be argued that women are physically superior because a woman's body is NECESSARY for reproduction. A man's is not, only his sperm is.

"I don't care, I just want to hear opinions."

that just makes you an asshole. take a side or don't bring it up

13542583:nocturnal said:
And where does that sperm come from that gave you half of your dna again? O that's right, Dez nuts!

Yeah, but after the sperm, the man's body is never needed again for reproduction. A woman's body supplies the egg AND the vessel to grow a human.

Plus, the needed apendages to feed said little human for a good long time.

Yeah, but we can dunk so I'd say it's even.

Women are not objectively physically inferior to men, but they are objectively physically different than men, which makes them inferior in some specific areas such as athletics.

In what ways are they superior or equal, physically?

I think he's trying to say that they aren't inferior, rather they are just different.

Being athletically worse by nearly all measurable standards isn't athletically inferior?

They are different. No kidding. I have named a way in which they are physically superior and a way tgey are inferior. I ask you, in what ways are they physically superior to males?

Men can produce breast milk tho....

I didn't say that women are not athletically inferior. I said that women are not physically inferior. Athletically, men are generally superior. I meant "physically" in a broader sense than specifically athletically.
