Its a pretty extensive question,
There is a regulatory protein that turns off production of a particular lipase enzyme in muscle and adipose tissues. A young girl is suffering from a wasting disease because she fails to turn off that lipase. Briefly explain her problem. Explain how a normal person would manufacture the regulatory protein and explain at least 3 distinct ways in which the girl's disorder could be caused (i.e how the regulatory protein might work and why it might go wrong.)
