so a dspin is like a cork to back flip right, and a bio is like a front cork right. so what would a bio to front flip be called? anyone do em? am i an idiot?

I don't think anyone really knows what tricks are called besides the obvious spins, flips, and corks. All the d-spins and bios and all that are just there and everyone pretends to know them so that they don't get made fun of for being ignorant.

when u flip over in that it is a rock bottom!! CR used to do a lot of them they just werent in much films then he stopped flipping. Steele doesnt really flip what u talking about. Anyway there is been so many posts about this.

uh, everyone knows what a dspin is, cork 3 to back, but a bio... not so sure, forward cork is still cork, bio is a torpedo.,

just watch cr do bios, its the simplest way. he does lots in sm3, and he does a bio 10 and 12 in RFA in that one comp. lineskis.com used to have a trick thing i think, and there were some bios.

that bio steele does in rfa is just a bio. i know what ur talkin about but he never goes into a flip
