Bio? Cork?

hi ive been reading alot of treads and they all talk about cork and bio tricks? what is the diference and how do you do one!

when you cork a spin you kind of spin off the lip and drop whichever shoulder your spinning to and a bio is the opposite when you spin off the lip and throw your shoulder forward and across your body to whichever direction your spinning

i think the easiest way to say it is you throw a bio forward and a cork back.

if you cork you open your shoulders towards the sky off the lip, if you bio you throw your shoulder down.

also bios are harder when going forwards since you have to go into the jump but easier going switch since you have the lip on your side

bios to me are is like a rodeo but going forwards. (like a frontflip instead of a backflip)

Front flip with spin is misty. Your knees never go above your head in a bio or cork but do in rodeo and misty. Bio is a cork spin where you lead with your torso instead of legs.
