alright well i can bio on my trampoline up to a 900. I do it by winding up to the right, then realeasing and spinning left. I drop my right shoulder and get my head down so that im almost flat them pull it out before i land. I still cant do corks though, i'd like to know how to do them.

If you're not hurt, you're not trying hard enough

Nothing like spinning 900's over 10 foot tables.

I can't cork a 3 on skis. I just can't come out of it. I would also like a little advice.

We'll have you dead pretty soon.

for a cork 7 or more just throw it like a 180 than a misty. imagine doing that and it will work out like a cork.

ace of spaedaes summed it up pretty well. i think that would kinda be an underflip dont ya think. anyways, just drop your head and shoulders and keep looking. and no matter what, dont open up, it will screw you

if people dont like what ive created, fuck em, because somebody else does-TANNER

the progression of a cork 720 on a tramp (and on skis but dont do this on skis. use it to get an idea of how it looks) is 180 to front drop, followed by 360 to backdrop. From there you can warp the 360 to backdrop and land on your feet. Its a natural rotation so it comes out fine. If you have never hucked it just drop your shoulder and spin.

when you throw a cork on a tramp its pretty much how everyone tells you how to do it, drop your leading shoulder. what everyone forgets is to bring up the outside knee. say you spin to the left, i dip my left shoulder, and kick up my right knee. i do this because a cork is not just spinning off axis, its also half a flatspin, otherwise you would never land on your feet.....thisshould help>>>>>https://www.newschoolers.com/PHP/Videos/Uploaded/5759HPIM0151.MPG

with boots though, i found this last season, it takes a hell of alot more effort to throw your body around, ur ganna need to hell carve and pop like a pringles can

i could post a huge ass decription but really wat u should do is get a ski movie and find some really good shots of corks. slo mo it and watch the trick from start to finish and analyze it then take that and work with it on the tramp.

I think the Darkness help alot....the hardest thing is dropping the inside shoulder and raiseing the right knee...Im still working on them.

For a Cork 7, you wind up, and throw your arms and start spinning, it helps to start with a lot of momentum. At 180, you dip your inside shoulder which will start to send you off-axis. It is important to bring your feet up with you though too, because if you let them flail you will lose the momentum it takes to get the spin around. Once you are at 360, you should be close to parallel to the ground (unless you are doing a late cork 7). Continue with that, and just as you pass 540 in the spin, you will be able to spot 540, and your feet naturally come out of it to land at 7.

Getting into Cork really isn't that hard, its just dropping the inside shoulder and allowing your body to spin with it.

is this for cork 7 on tramp!!!!!! there have already been like 100000000 of these threads, if its for a cork 7 on tramp ill say it again, do 3 360s onto your back, then do it with bigger air and you will do a cork 7

Skia's advice works. After reading one of the million threads about this with his reply, I told my friend to do it and voila, it workked.

i just learned blunt roll 3, which i have to say the most awkward trick i've ever done. It's like a stomach drop on skis, you know, where you go really really corked on a 3, you kind of roll out of it instead of spin. Tanner hall made it up.

-at least you went down naked-

no i figured it out when he over shot the bowl and shit on the back of the toilet. then he signed my beanie.-Hoodratz47 in response to being in the same public bathroom with mike wilson

get on a tramp and jump really high. then choose a shoulder and point at your opposite thigh and put your head in the same direction. throw your arm in the same direction to get momentum and after a while you won't need to use your whole arm anymore.

though this may seem weird, an easy way to throw a cork, is like this:

when you spin, you usually kinda start your sping with your head looking over your shoulder...now, instead of smoothly looking over your shoulder, look down over your shoulder...that'll force you to drop your shoulder...and cork...

did that make any sense?

I tried bio's today, but couldn't land any of them. I can rotate in bio to 7, but I can't come out of it. Any help?
