ive been trying for quite some time to figger this one out, looking at videos claiming to be bio

in all the vids people will just jump on the bandwagon and call it random stuff so i have no fucking clue what it is

and noone else does so is this some huge conspiracy that all the pros are in on to make fun of us behind our back

or is there simply a trick that corresponds to the name bio?

haha bios are the opposite of a cork, you go forwards instead of back...

think of a cork 7 as basically being spun backwards...bios usually end up being spun to whatever direction you're spinning (if you spin left you're horizontal to the left, with (viewed from behind) your head on the left and feet on the right.

In bios and corks an easy way to think about it is spinning like a football. Your torso is the laces on the football and ....

in a bio your head is the leading end of the footbal...

in a cork your feet are the leading end of the ball.

I hope that kinda makes sense.

bio is very similar to a rodeo axis, but not quite...less inverted/corked than a rodeo...CR's bio 9 from a few years ago explains it all

didn't Crichton do one in X=ten? the second shot of his part he was going switch, then leaned back into the spin...It didn't looks like a switch cork because with a switch cork you throw uphill.

quick question: on a difficulty scale would you rate a bio harder than a cork? Or would you say a bio is a "better" trick than a cork?
