roll over your shoulder, you're right one if you spin to the left, left one if you spin right and look over the opposite shoulder that you roll over.

 
definately try them in a pool or tramp or pow

its easier to throw on big kicker, but youre pretty much guarenteed to eat it your first time, i sacked up and threw 2 and knocked the wind outta me

its harder on skis cause your skis get in the way

my question: when you throw your shoulder do you...

...throw if way before takeoff, and take off with upper body at 90 facing back toward the jump

...or throw it more like a front flip then spin

i need to resack up

there is no such thing as bio, there is cork, rodeo, and misty. that is all you cant do them different ways and add your own touch to them but it still stays teh same trick, cork,rodeo,misty.

I think you need to do at least a 7 if you bio, i'll try when I go coach tramp tonight if its poss
 
30 - 40 feet is enough. But I would seriously recommend doing them into pow the first few times because you're almost guarenteed to land on your back at first.
