You'll probably get a million different explanations, but pretty much its a slighty off axis spin, not as horizontally layed out as a cork.

You don't understand minnichugga. Ghost Dragon was right, it's a slightly off-axis spin. Look at Rex Thomas' corks, they're thrown forward, yet there not bio. And ever notice how CR's bios his body never goes more off-axis than horizontal.

Anyway, I don't know what your bio 3 looks like, but it's probably hella close to a rockbottom 7... are you talking something similar to 180-off-axis backflip-180?

I think that a rock bottom 7 is a 720 while a bio three is a 360.

Bios are forward spins, like a cork but with your head angled more forwards than back or to the side. I'd like to see a video of a bio three if anyone has one!

a bio 3 is like fucking hard to stall...

getting into a seat bealt or a critical grab help getting the off axis spins but stalling the spin is still hard as fuck

another way would be to arch your back at 180 and then spot the landing as soon as possible to get back on axis.

yeah. it's a forward cork I don't know what everyone else is saying. I can do them on the tramp but they almost look/feel like flat 3s.

Then you are not doing a bio 3. A flat 3 is in an angled backflip sort of way, which is done by throwing backwards. A bio is when you throw forward
