what is a good pair but also light pair of bindings i was thinking some rossis or looks what do you all think

 
they may be expensive, but they will hold you, they will not break, they are light.

Look Z Race.

If not just go with the pivot series - strong and reliable. Rossis basicallt the same deal, same design and all just minor changes - like the graphics.

Rossies/Looks are the best overall... 912Tis are lighter but they are bulky and they loosen up in th etoe piece quite often. I have the 912Tis and liked em till i realized people were right... after 10 or so days of hard skiing you need to tighten the screws... go for the Rossies/Looks.

Whatever you get, don't let it be Markers. I'm always destroying the brakes on mine and it's a pain in the ass to have to bring your skis to the shop every week to have them fixed. I would just leave the brakes off, but my heel moves alot without the brakes in there.

what about the 2003 Rossignol Power 100 T-Plate cause i can get them at a decent price are they light an will hold me i weigh 180 an im 5'6 yeah i know kinda big

 
get the S914 axe (Salomon) it'll cost you a pretty penny, but is a real nice binding tto use, I race and do a bit of freestyle so I have put them to the real test.

i have to have the brakes cause where are park is if my ski falls off an goes down the hill it will kill like 50 little kids on the bunny hill rope tow

 
Boo Salomon. Sorry boys, bad experience.

I got S810s. And after one day of cruising glades and park at Mt Snow my binding would pop off if I turned. I tell you getting down the hill would have been easier on snowshoes. So now I just cranked all the screws so I never fall out. But yea just go with Look or Rossi if yer cheap.

i would never get sal cause my friends had those in the begin of the year an all of them broke them mid season not worth it the way i see it

 
Go for the Salomon S914's. They are so sweet. Nice colour, breaks are nice and fat, mine are very nice and light too! Not that expensive either. I really like them.

Oh I'm not saying to take your brakes off, I'm saying you probably don't want to ride Markers or else you will have no choice. Sorry to confuse you.

haha, S810's eh? the 912 is much better, i ski icy chopped up crap at top notch wehn im racin, and they havent come off unless ive fell

ha its cool i have a pair of them now but they are like the 9.2 turbo racing ones or somthin like that my mom fucked up and got the wrong binding

Yeah they are heavy and my friend crashed (kind of hard but not too bad) and the entire heel piece came off of it. Wait a couple years and hopefully they will fix them.

rossi/look bindings are usualy prety good, ive never had any trouble with mine. Don't ger marker or atomic. they both suck.

i'd naver go for rossignol/look (both the same)

the toe piece has nothing to it, mite not break but wouldnt help in a fall

i'd rather have broken binding than a fucked up knee

i always go for salomons, skied them for 14 years never had any problems/breakages except for a coupla bent brakes which can just be fixed with the front side of my x-wave 8's

its just my opinion - dont just follow the trend

 
i love my S912 ti's they have never fallen out and they are super light!

ok, i have the reactors, and they sure aren't light...... but they gonna fix that for next season with plastics......

anyway, do NOT buy the rossi 100 tplates....

they suck more nuts than a hungry squirrel!

my fairly light friend snapped the entire heel piece, not off the ski, but the actual metal part in half landing a jump kinda sketchy.....

fucking shitty ass bindings....

i think the looks are different, cause they are alot beefier that the shitty rossis

seriously dont get markers.... not to be a cocky basterd but there really not good bindings.... the brakes totally pop out and fuck up all the bottom support of the ski..... not a good binding.....

whatever you do do not get salomon. I broke 4 pairts of thier crappy bindings this year. one pair s812, one pair s810, one pair s912ti, one pair s914... go for Rossi!

marker/atomic = suck balls

salomon/tyrolia = decent bindings, sals dont always take abuse well

rosi/look = same bindings so you cant go wrong with either, get them w/ out the connector plates, i love mine
