Hey should i go with the salomon s912's or the look p12's or really any of the look pivots? I'm 5'7" 130lbs and i ride 50% park 50% all mountain.

with that attidude now i wont, and i hope you get the bad set of bindings, and regret your purchase for many years to come.

doesnt really seem like many people on new schoolers know what theyre talking about then eh? and who uses the word "newb" anyway? People who spend all their time browsing forums or playing too many video games and not actually skiing thats who. Someone who knows what theyre talking about: an asnwer would be greatly appreciated.

you are fucking retarted look to the top of the page and their is a sticky that has the word BINDING on it, click it and read, then shut the fuck up and appologize to everyone you have just tried to insult

yea ok ooops my mistake. wait... wait... heres the sticky...:

If you are lightweight and don't need a high din, Salomon s810 if you want a lightweight binding, lookp10, Rossi scratch, axial, power 100s if you want a slightly tougher but heavier binding.

If you are medium/average weight or do normal riding (hard pack, park, with occasional pow) then get something with a din of 12 or so to be sure. Salomon s912 Ti if you want a lightweight set up, Look p12, Rossi scratch, power, axial, or FKS 120 if you want a tougher, heavier binding.

If you are a big skier, or what a burly binding you will want a tougher, high din bindings. Recommendations include Salomon s914 (yes, they are actually metal and tougher), Look p14, Rossi Scratch, Axial, or Power 140, FKS 155.

Unbreakable bindings for those who are rough on their skis and/or weigh a lot: Look p18, Salomon s916 or s920, Rossi FKS 155 or 185.

ooooooo wait a second IT DOESNT SAY WHICH IS A BETTER QUALITY BINDING OR WHICH I SHOUDL USE OR ANYONES PERSONAL OPINION OF THEM-- THE S912 OR THE LOOK P12'S! yea nice one there you fuckin retard. excellent job of tryin to sound like a wise guy. still looking for someone with an iq of 50 or greater to gimme an answer or opinon

that is a response to this: most people will say look/rossi but you are light and arnt going ta din to 10 so eather would work.

see how little of an asshole i am to people who know what they're talking about and dont just sit at home on their computers all day? cmon real skiers with real experience...

buddy shut the fuck up, it says right there that the p12 are the better/stronger quality bindings, but if ur a lightweight as urself and need a lighter binding the 912s r better, read shit before u start trying to make urself look like an ass.

did you read what you fucking copied? it said clearly, if you want a lightweight binding get salomon, if you want a TOUGHER binding, meaning will last you longer, get ROSSI/LOOK. you did an even better job of trying to make yourself look like a wise guy

way to introduce yourself to the newschoolers community, just chill out and relax, it said right there on the sticky which was tougher, and if you want personal opionions give it time, people just dont stop what they are doing and check NS every single second. well some do, but thats beside the point, just chill out and don't be a dick

jumister, do yourself a favor and dont post again for a while. Maybe people will forget you a) are an ass b) impatient c) cannot read. Simmer down there buddy. There are plenty of people willing to help if you give them the time and patience. You waited 15 minutes for a response? How do you know there is anyone remotely knowledgable about bindings on NS during that time. And read, for the love. Take a deep breath and browse next time before blowing up so that everyone dislikes you.

get some Tyrolia SL45s or maybe some Solly Groms... *sarcasm*

Seriosly though, look P12s are the way to go... enough threads on why they're good. The most elastic travel and a turntable heelpiece... nuff said.
