bindings ripping out of public enemys

the heel piece of my marker mrr 1500s ripped out yesterday while i was just making a fucking turn.

I got flung into a tree while my ski with no brake on it tore ass down the hill and into a creek bed coverd in two feet of powder, never to be found again.

has anyone elses bindings ripped out of the pe's? if so, what kind of binding was it?

Dont get gloves though, gloves are out. just use a cigarette to keep your hands warm.

They had probs with all bindings ripping out, so they had a running change with an extra sheet of glass thrown in. If you had your ski, you could probably warranty it.

 
I heard all binding were ripping out of last years PE's but this year model they fix it or something like that

wow,that sucks your ski broke and then to add to it you can't even find it. how long did you look for it? I don't think I could leave until I found it. Did you talk to the shop yet? maybe they could still help without the ski.

That is something that shouldn't happen, and you should definitely get a free pair of sticks for that, you must have talked to K2 already about this right? what did they say? Last year my bindings snapped in half on an my candides and dynastar was mad cool and give me a new free pair... if k2 doesnt give u a free pair, then that is absolute bullshit

dude that SUCKS. id def call k2 and get me some money or skis. And its not like u were doing nething, just turning. call them up, tell them what happend, and get some new skis. and also get a couple of ur friends to help u look for ur ski. unless it washed away in the river or somehitng. but id think its too heavy.

yeah, Bindings do rip out of the PEs. happened to both of my buddies, twice a piece. but, the guy in the shop just used longer screws, worked like a charm.

Same thing happened to my friends markers on his PE's except the whole heel piece didn't come out, so maybe its just the shitty marker bindings now?

I Have PEs from middle of last season and they are still fine. I have look p12s on them. i haven't heard of this propblem too much maybe its how you got them mounted or it could be that marker sucks and LOOK owns all.

^^^ That's the best explanation yet. Why would you run Markers unless you get paid to do so? Then again, they'd have to pay a lot, unless you like being on the oldest, most washed-up team in the industry. But that's a different story.

Go get a metal detector.

 
Maybe he's had previous good experiences with Marker? Just because other people think they suck doesn't mean they all suck, each binding is different, and everyone skis differently, it's all about the personal preference.
