Bindings, maden aks

Whats up guys, I have been searching all over for info on bindings, and there are a lot of mixed views. I just bought some 07 aks, and I was wondering what would be the best binding to throw on there. I'm pretty much just gonna use em for backcountry, cause i have some stl's for whatever else. What should i get? I've been thinking about the deadbolt 614s but they're kinda sketchin me a little cause they're new bindings (we all saw what happened to the reactor). I'm 6'2, 180 lbs, and a pretty aggressive skier. What do you guys recommend? I'm just looking for a safe, quality binding. Money's not a terribly big issue.

Any help would be appreciated.

I also thought about throwing some fritschi freeride randonee bindings on there, cause I can get them for cheaper, but I'm not sure how solid they would be.

deadbolts....theyre really not a new bindings. A proven binding but just new with the 4frnt logo.

The Fritschi's are sick, but they are heavy, so you should take that into account. If you want a lighter binding, get something eles and get some Alpine Treckers.

definetely DO NOT buy anything with a max din under 15... on my made n's i have salomon 9.16's and they work sweet. Look makes a p18 which i also highly recommend..and rossignol has and identical binding to the p18. its a race binding

i noticed that look bindings have be changed to dynastay bindings. I just noticed on the dynastar site

No they have not. look and lange have been owned by Dynastar for years. They still operate as Look, and all binding have the look name on them. Look just doesn't have its own site.

Deadbolts would be fine. So would some FKS 155 (bending the brake is not as dreadful as everyone makes it out to be). At your size, though, I could say you can upgrade to the P18 with the wide brake, or some s916s, since those have a better rep for the BC, whereas FKS are better for the park (so I hear).

im getting this ski, and im mounting a black p18 on them. should work out fine if you bend the brakes to fit the waist.

you should try to find a pair of Line FFPro's ... they dont release so you dont have to look like a queer when you skies go flying all over the place

theres 4frnt's 'revolutionary' binding, in the form of a four year old nordica that no one bought. i like how no one talks about the fact that theyre nothing but a recycled design from vist.

get the freerides!!! those would be so dope if its just a bc ski, unless you wanna do booters and shit with 'em then i'm not sure i'd trust randonee... but otherwise it'd be dope.

we all know this, it's not new news. it's just that finding the old nordicas that aren't hooked into their shitty ass ski-binding system can be hard. where as 4frnt is the currrent US manufacturer and you can buy them new.
