In my opinion, the SAS would be your best bet, or a PX12.
Disclaimer: I am 5'10" 165 pounds, and I do throwdown once in a while. I also put ALOT of use into my gear every year. (I work at a ski hill).
Reasons:
1: They are cheap (px12 is 100 bucks on Sierraskis.com)
2: The heel unit on the Rossi/look bindings is second to none for park. They have huge elastic travel, so you dont prerelease whether your doing park, or switch skiing. I returned some STH 14 binders because I kept stepping out skiing switch/railsliding. I have not had any problems with the Rossi/Look binders, and they are "only" din12 bindings.
3: The only issue I have ever heard for any of these bindings (all the ones you listed) is durability. They are lightweight Bindings, but you are not heavy, and don't throw down huuuge, so don't worry about it.
4: In my opinion, the Marker bindings are good too, but they are hard to find cheap, and I broke a toe piece skiing park, and they have a similar, but not as bad prerelease problem as the salomon STH.
I think any of the bindings you listed are gonna be fine for you, so I would suggest buying whatever is cheapest.
