Bindings 1mm to small

Hey there, I picked up some beater skis to use for early season, I thought the bindings would be fine but they are 1mm to short for my sole length, I don't want to pick up new bindings or remount, any ideas?

Remounting a heelpiece is actually something the average amateur tech can realistically pull off. I don't mount my own stuff just because it's so much easier with a jig, but you can use existing holes as your template no problem.
