Binding Warranty HELP for the Salomon z12 Ti piece of poop

These bindings have ripped out twice now, the first time the whole heel peice came out, the second time the base plate snapped and the bolt came out after being heli coiled. Anyone know the deal with binding warranty? what does the warranty cover? caus i feel like them ripping out twice will compromise the ski. Is this just a case of a bad mount? anyone have any experience with this binding or the salomon warranty process?

sorry dude. i ski fischer. i like fischer. buy fischer. fischer fischer fischer. but only the boots and bindigns...surface surface surface. the people at salomon can kiss my fat arabian goggles.
 
salomon bindings don't work.  you might be able to warranty them, but then they'd just send you a new pair of shitty bindings.  
 
I'm a z12 ti guy but i have never had a problem with the heel piece coming out like that.

what is your din set at?

I herd arabian goggles are in season this time of the year too.
 
as long as you aren't in the RED you should be fine i know that wierd things happen when the spring is tightened ALL the way down at 12. You should find john symms and hastle him about it. I don't know much more to say. oh, good luck with that.
 
it's fun to hastle people who are associated with marketing(pro) and complain about the products, at least for me. i would ask your shop for a sinserious answer.
