what do you prefer, core center or midsole? I have mine midsole and an wondering if its easier to do rails spins etc with the bindings mounted core center.
I dont think its really easier, its just better. You can put the same pressure on your noses as on your tails, which isnt necessarily easier. just possible. (with center mounted skis)
only prob there is skis mounting plates dont go that far forward, so if your gonna do that, do it on some maple or hardwood skis, not K2s or salomons. youll rip the toes out instantly.
it feels fine. It doesnt "RUIN" my skis or anything like that. It feels better than dead center on groomers. I even skiid in 2 feet of fresh on them once when I forgot my powder boards, and it wasn't bad at all. I just skied everything switch and it was dope. Talk about progressive!
total snowboard tech right there, i'd go with that too. but i dont get it, why would u mount ur skis forward from centre? im gonna mount mine about 1 fingre back from true centre.
if you wanna ski pow, why the fuck would you get a narrow waisted, 176, pipe ski? if you dont like the mount (i dont either), then dont buy it. its just a ski.
i want the dumonts, and i ride pow maybe two days a year. i just didnt think that it would ride too great since the swing weight might feel a little off.
yea i just got my bindings core center mounted and i LOVE EM. rails way easier. wayyy easier to spin. ive learned tons of new tricks ull love em. shorter turn radius too for quik turns. ull love em
