Binding Mount help for Rossingol S4 Jib Skis

I just got back from my local ski shop and the technician gave me two options for where the binding should be mounted. Obviously the center of the boot will be corresponding with one of the two different markings. The marks read 0 (which is actually 5cm towards the tail) and +5 (which I determined is the actual center of the ski). Should I have him mount them at 0 or +5? PLEASE HELP.

If it's pure park mount them at the true center position. 50/50 park and all mountain between them at -2.5 back from the true center. Just all mountain riding mount at the -5 from center position. General mounting rules but they tend to work pretty well.
