Binding help rossi scratch 120

ok so i just got these..and i notice there is only one riser on one of the toe pieces for the binding. none on any other part. I go to my shop with skis to get mounted...and they say they cant mount them without the risers...is this true. and any help would be nice
 
Your supposed to have 2 risers (one for each toe piece) If you dont have the risers the screws might be too long? maybe that's why they can't mount them.
 
yea i only 1 had a riser on them...their brand new. how d u suggest i obtain this other riser?
 
they CAN mount them without the risers. Tell them to grind down the screws to match the others, if they need to be ground down at all. If they will not do this, you need to find a new shop.
 
as said above, you dont need the risers to mount them, just have the shop grind down the screws, and the only way you might be able to get risers is to have a shop special order them, unless you can find them on ebay or something, but good luck with that
 
if you bought them at a shop they should open up another set and get you your parts!! otherwise, go to a differ shop, buy some, take riser out, return them saying it wasnt in there. i mean uhhh....just call Rossi!!!!
 
The easiest thing would be for them to mount them without the risers by grinding down the screws. but other then call rossi up, im pretty sure they will send you a riser.
