Sorry I hear race stock bindings are what the pros use so I need a pair.

I bought some Rossi FKS 155 for my one set of skis but need a second pair of race stocks for my other skis. I cant get the FKS 155 again so what do people on here think of the s916, I heard they are noticably heavier than the FKS?? Also I would consider getting a look but as far as I know the only race stock look makes is the p18? I really dont want my high end din above 15ish so I think the p18 would be overkill, does look make something equivalent to the FKS 155? Thanks for the help.

do you ski really really hard that you actually need a high din binding? Are you a BIG guy? i would think you would be finr with some p12s.

Ya I do, its not even that I need a high din...thats why I am sticking with somethign around 15. I am just tired of ripping plastic bindings in half skiing at high speeds.

race stock bindings are usually only sold on pro-forma, sometimes you can find them at retail but most riders who really find performance out of their skis either get them free or are eligible to purchase at the pro-forma discount price.

Salomon's race stock are pretty cool, but the look/rossi full turntable heel system is the best binding ever made.

i have ridden EXTREMELY HARD on my Look P18-Race bindings for three seasons. They have been mounted on 7 different pairs of skis and have yet to actually "brake".

Good luck dude!
