Hey, i just bought a new pair of last years elizabeths and was wondering if a marker squire would be enough binding to allow me to ski the way i want. I will mostly be lapping park with them, but occasionally will go off piste. Im 6'2" 190lbs and usally ride a 12 - 14 DIN binding set somewhere around 9. I was always told to keep the Din set to the middle of the chart and to not push it too cose to the end, but does that really matter? The squires max DIN is an 11 and im thinking a 9 might be too close. Any suggestions?

no, do not squires, you weigh way to much for them, only people under 100lbs should be on such a piece of shit binding

get a burlier binding, because you are likely to break a binding that is made for 120lb kids.

that said, get something like a 14 din binding, it will last longer for you, and if you do advance more in your riding and want to up the din a bit you have that flexibility.

but for right now i would suggest getting a 14 din binding and to continue riding at 9

You're a big guy so flimsy bindings won't cut it. Bindings in general are a bad place to save money.
I'd go with Marker Jesters or Look Pivots/Rossi FKS.

Thanks for the tips guys. Thought they looked weak, just thought i could've save a couple bucks. Ill just go with some jesters or pivot 14s.
