Bills vs. Browns

I dont like the bills and have money down that they dont make the playoffs, but this is the type of game that they were winning in the beginning of the year. Im not sure what happened, but they seem to be on a downward spiral, they have all the weapons, but they have to start playing all 60 minutes again. the game really could have gone either way.

So depressing.

I'm a Bills fan for life, but that Trent Edwards played like a third string. 3 interceptions and nearly all of his throws were way late and behind the players. I don't know what's going on in his head, but he needs to snap out of it, that would've been an easy win if he didn't play so bad...

its all about the effectiveness of marshawn lynch, without him as the star the bills cant win like they did at the beginning of the season.

he was in the pocket so long and he still couldn't do shit w/ all that time and just passed behind the line of scrimmage like 4 times to marshawn like he was his emergency blanket. i give marshawn and parrish, and jackson, especially marshawn all the props in the world. but honestly edwards knew where the ball was supposed to go he just hesitated and threw too late...and didn't use guys like lee evans

it should be noted that the bills were VERY thin at WR tonight, missing hardy and reed.... trent edwards shat the bed... and i'm glad he did now we will stop leaning on him and start leaning on the run game.... which is what we should have been doing all season.

trent will rebound. he will get better.

big ups to the defense. mcgee played an excellent game shutting down braylon edwards. the bills run defense was top notch (poz is an animal).

lastly: the special teams. what can you say about their performance tonight... constantly starting with the ball on the 40 yard line. other than the one kickoff that went out of bounds they played a tremendous game.

the offense lost us this game. trent edwards lost us this game. if our coaching staff even had a shred of confidence in trent edwards they would have called a play action when the bills were driving to win the game...

x2

Our WR were practically non-existent all game. There was more than a few times I saw Evans wide open down field. And yea, both Lynch and Parish played extremely well. Lynch ran people over and made a normal 2-3 yard gain into a 7 yard gain several times, and Parish found so many holes tonight.

McGee did play very well. And out special teams? top notch. The Browns were afraid to kick it deep for most of the game after the first quarter, then they finally did, and what happened? We run it back for a TD, great special teams tonight. Oh, and our offensive line was actually really freaking good too. The game was lost by Trent Edwards. I don't even blame Lindell too much for missing the field goal too much, that game shouldn't have been that close to begin with.

Go Giants!!!!!! haha

but no it was a solid game, though trent edwards dissapointed me big time in the first quarter but then he did pull it together some what...i still don't understand how the bills couldn't call a more affective play when there was like 43 seconds left in the 4th to get in better field goal range, i mean marshawn lynch is a beast and had a great game...but try to get 10 yards closer to take the pressure off kicker...i blame that part on dick juron.

Ah i was at the game and the Tailgating was insane so much partying, anyway Trent is afraid to throw the ball. There was so many times where he just stood in the poccket looked around and you could tell he was nervous to throw the bomb, he just dumped it off for 5 yards EVERY throw and it killed them. MAybe at the end of the game when they ran the ball thinking were close enough for the field goal should have been rethough cause it obviously didnt work

Trent was definitely shook after those THREE interceptions (wtf), but it also looked like he was very uncomfortable in the pocket, always expecting to get hit. Trent is going thru some growing pains right now, but I expect him to make strides before the end of the season. If the Bills bench him I will send letter bombs to head office.

The bills need an all-star CENTER, and his name is ALEX MACK from Cal. draft him and either a LB or DE with their second pick, then either sign a DE or LB, and we will be SET.

I also agree that Lindell should not have been put in such a tough spot at the end of the game. a 47 yard kick into brutal wind is no easy task.. coaching staff was WAY too conservative on their final drive. a simply play-action on second or third down before the kick would have been an EASY first down... i guess they had no confidence in Edwards (and i don't blame them, he really stunk the joint up)

Yeah it seemed like he was scared to throw to a receiver that wasn't wide open which is understandable because he threw three interceptions. He played like shit but I think we need to stick with him, I can't stand the revolving door at QB.

Thank god the browns only rushed 3 guys. That alowed the line to triple team Rodgers. When he wasn't triple teamed, the center (was it Preston? Fowler? who gives a shit), either got blown up, or just fell down right after the snap. So yes we do need Mack.

Preston was starting C the entire game. Brad Butler was back from injury this week, and that definitely helped the run game. Marshawn Lynch proved to the nation that he is a force. I can wear my Lynch jersey with pride this week.

first the biggest problem with the bills is thier O-line is pathetic coudl stop a bunch of pop warner kids from getting through if they wanted. that and shawn rodgers is a beast. the bills are lucky the game was that close the browns had 3 picks in bills trerritory in the firs tquarter and only managed 6 points. the browns should have demolished them. the other thing is the browns are better then thier record shows, if thier receivers are catching the ball they win and that is what happened last night. also your return guy looked great buthe had some help(blocks in back and holdings that wernt called) but that was 7 points you got lucky for. the final svcore of that game could of have easily been 39 -13 browns. but it wasnt and they got lucky enough for a chance to win, but in true bills lore WIDE RIGHT go Brownies!!!!

basically the game between the browns an bills is whose gonna blow it last and then the other team wins. We both have a history of always blowing it. Browns just sucked a little less this week.

truth. The bills are lucky they turned the ball over that many times and still had a good shot at winning. Versus a good team turnovers like that will kill you. They have to get their running game going (which they did to some extent), and they need to get Trents head on straight. I saw him in the first couple of games and he looked great, with a bunch of really nice 4th quarter comebacks. Last night he looked like he was scared, holding onto the ball too long and not taking shots down field. If you don't have a deep threat good teams will kill you.

The browns on the other hand... they have a lot more problems than the bills

The bills have been putting lindell in bad spots for years, expecting him always to make these insane kicks and luckily he is a dam good kicker most of the time but you cant get em all ha ha

I did not expect Lindell to make that kick. I do not blame him for the loss. that kick would have been CRAZY with the wind in his face, in the cold. you can't expect your kicker to make something like that. I think they were dumb for not attempting play action on the 2nd down leading up to the kick. worst case scenario is an incompletion (assuming no INT is thrown), and a 3rd and 6 for you to hand the ball off to Lynch and get the ball on the proper hash mark. silly coaching

come on 4 turn overs. browns should have kicked ass in that game. nobody should be crying for the bills, they lost that game casue they sucked made dick.

phil is the fucking man, go browns

yeah i would definately be bullshit too if i had one of the worst quarterbacks in the league. truth be told Trent Edwards sucks, the bills got outplayed, Edwards could not beat Brady Quinn in College and now in the pro's and you cant win a fuckin football game with 4 turnovers or whatever it was. The bills suck give it up fellas, maybe next year...

ohhh wait thats right Tom Brady comes back next year, well i guess you could wait until he retires???

does it hurt to get beat by the browns... a team with a loosing record? i bet it does, i bet it does.

what do you know a patriot fan talking crap.......
though i hope Tom Brady comes back healthy as ever.... honestly i dont think he will be like he used to but.... it took manning like 5 games to get back to his normal production and i thought he would be normal at the beggiinng of the season^^^^^and that coming from a colts fan...... haha.... but really the colt patriot rivalry just isnt the same with d-bag brady back their throwing....
