does anybody have a good bill beanie and/or bill headband crochet pattern...i saw some pics on here before of some cool ones but i cant remember whos it was...

 
If you want to add a visor, just make a had that is alot too big for you, and then sew the visor into the hat by folding the front in. If you want a tight fit, add extra rows in front, and then fold the new rows over the visor.

Wow, that sounds way too hard. Just cut out a cool whip lid to the shape you want, and crochet it to the hat. Its not that hard, you just have to think, visualize it, and do it.
