Bike rack for a forester

I just picked up a 98 forester and I am trying to get a bike rack for it. It does not have hitch, so i need to get a bike rack for the top. The more bikes I could fit on it the better. and the less it costs the better as well.

I have looked on craigslist a little, but did not find anything really that would work.

Anyone have any experience with some quality yet inexpensive bike racks?

sorry had to throw that in...but getting a htich installed is your best bet its not a huge cost either you just have to pick what size hitch you want to use...its an extra expense but nothing beats a hitch-rack
 
Saris bones RS. It is built around a aluminum fram v. a plastic one. Also it is not based off of your "classic" car rack design. Rather than have two straps on top, two on the sides and two on the bottom, there are just two hooks that go under the mouth of the trunk, then two straps that ratchet, rather than strap down.
