tupac had way more tallent, no knock on biggie i would rather not have to choose between them, but to put out as much hot shit as tupac did in the little time that he was alive is just amazing. his lyrics are better than biggies and tupac had a bigger motive out there than just makin money and whatever, he wanted to change black culture as a whole and he tried to do that through his music.
