well, i'm not in school anymore, but i graduated a year ago from here in boston, and i gotta say, this city has 250,000+ college students... its like one enormous school spread across the city, so i'd have to vote the whole city of Boston as best party college/town

My brother goes to Northwestern outside of chicago, which isnt much of a party school, but according to him and his friend who goes to JMU, James madison U. is a huge party school.

BISHOP'S UNIVERSITY IS THE BEST PLACE FOR A PARTY EVER!! sure all universities have parties, but the atmosphere here at bishops is increadable. Its indescribable, I couldnt use words to convay to you how totaly awesome it is. We have been said to have the 4th biggest halloween party in north america. Our frosh week makes National news yearly. Tuesday, Thursday, Fiday, Saturday and Sunday are all huge party nights. Thats not to say their arnt parties on monday's and wednesdays... Basicly a day that ends in 'Y' is cause for celibration out here. hell, our school song has the lines: 'having sex, smokin doob's and quaffing ale' I would also like to point out that we have the provincial champoion Lacross and rugby teams. Our basket ball team is consistantly top 3. All of this from a university with 2600 students. And we are 45 minutes away from the best skiing on the east coast with hills like sutton and Jay peak... and we are about 2 hours from Tremblant... and there are many other hills scattered between. We are in Quebec, so the drinking age is 18... And we actually have a fairly reputable acidemic reputation. I dont know what could be better than that. We have what most universities strive for.

Santa Barbara is definatly the biggest party school in the UC system, ill vouch for that. Chico is crazy as well as Boulder.

To Apple, you say that Bishop is a great enviroment and i dont doubt you at all but come give santa barbara a try. One of the biggest if not the biggest halloween party. an incredible college town located next to the campus (isla vista) as well as on the pacific ocean. how often can you party at a house that overlooks the ocean. such a great place to be and one of the top ranked schools overall.

Uconn has a huge campus and, oh yea, SPRING WEEKEND. Last year they had 70% of the state cops in CT at uconn for that weekend just because of its reputation. Also, theres a pic on collegehumor.com of a cop playing beer pong. Beat that.

Apple that is one of the reasons people come to SB, because in Isla vista, though i dont like it, anyone can just walk into a house or a on a deck, grab a keg cup, have a beer and move onto their next destination. however cops are being super assholes this year and just killing the party scene by giving 'distributing to minors' tickets for close to 3000$. real bad. but i would love to check out bishop if it is like you say it is

My little school used to be rated in playboys top 10 party schools, that is the rating you should look at for party schools. We have since lost the reputation we used to have once the end of the world party was stopped. I go to central michigan university. Last weekend was halloween and our big rivalry weekend against western, unfortunately they hauled in 300 extra cops to put a stop to shit which sucked ass. Personally i dont count a party school as one that riots, that just isnt cool. parties = cool riots = not cool

 
In Canada, I have to agree with I think it was Apple that said it... Bishops, and Western is a huge party school too. As for the US, yea for sure it's gotta be ASU

i was in Santa Barbara for halloween and stayed in a house on del playa it was pretty nuts down there deffinatly the best halloween party i have ever seen
