i'd say i felt the worst after tearing my acl for the second time in three years. it was a complete accident, but i think it could have been avoided if i could have listened to my body better and calmed myself down. its amazing how an insecurity of the mind can become so fatal (i say that rather lightly in my case, but it still was realllly bad news).
