Just wondering what us lowly mid west peopl hav e built up Alpine Valley has one probly 25-35 feet its pretty legit but its to big for the mountain on a slow snow day.

alpines are pretty big, but there a little to lippy for me. I wish they just had a medium sized one. Theres rails are great to.

cburg has 3 jumps right now with the biggest being a mellow 30ish. should have a sold 50-65 ft in the next few weeks.

thats def a big one, i cant imagine that size of a jump in michigan.
Have you guys actually done anything off those big ones at alpine? I have never seen anybody do anything but case a super sketchy 3, im not quite good enough to try much but i seriously havent seen anybody do anything.

bittersweet had a 50-60 ft step down, it was huge, they took it out and have a step up not sure how big yet going soon, will update when i get back

alpines are pretty nice landings but i still get terrible shin bang because im riding nordica f5s. really ruins my day even if i land almost every landing perfectly

Finally made it out to Alpine yesterday, but didn't get to take many laps thru the park. The two hits look pretty similar to what they had setup last season. Didn't get a chance to hit either, but will be able to next weekend. The landing are pretty deep, which is nice.

The Highlands finally finished the Challenger park. When I was there last week, as they were finishing cutting the park, it looked as though they would be in the 20-30 ft range.

alright, these people that say they ride alpine need to say what gear they rep, (skis, jacket, pants) cuz i ride there, and there are very few good skiers there and id like to match up these people that ride alpine with them on NS. I think ive seen 2BWise last year because he was the only other person i ever saw with line octolands, and i think hes an "older guy" in his twenties maybe? Anyways, if you ride alpine, define yourself.

You pegged me. Mid 20s, I teach up there as well, so I end up spending a lot of time over on the carpet. I've been out there for the last few seasons. Usually out on my Octolands, blue coat and black pants. I'll be out sometime during the week and all weekend. Say hi if you see me.

I really am not that good best tricks are 5's and whatever i get lucky enough to do on rails.
I have a black and white diamond coat black pants, scott alias goggles (black and white frames, reddish lens) i ride 2009 k2 disorderlys Im usually up there on thursdays or saturdays because i wasnt able to get a season pass this year. Say hi if you see me!!

A week ago they still had 4 large (25-30' booters) still on chair 3. All the pop and landing area you could ever need. Top quality.

hollys superpark and its real fun and sick i thought. they have a huge stepup, prolly 40, and a really poppy jump before it with a nice and steep landing

Otsego had one probly 60 feet to the knuckle, poppy and and scary as hell for someone who has never hit anything over 35 before. I cant imagine tricking something that big it scared the crap out of me just straight air flailing.
