Biggest jump line on the East Coast

Hey hey, this is the part where the GTNS comes in handy! of the 25 mountains I have been to, I think that Stratton, Sunday River, and Stowe are all tied for single largest jump. Longest & largest jump line however is a different story. I think the most large jumps I have seen in a row so far has been four major booters, and that was at Jay.

My home mountain (Gunstock) currently has the biggest hip I have ever seen anywhere though, if your into that.
 
Sunday River has three pretty good jumps, but Nashoba Valley in MA hands down has the best jump I've hit this year. 45-50 ft step over, the speed is actually perfect. You just straightline from the jump before it and you land sweetspot every time. Really smooth too
 
the little resort near erie PA called Peekn Peak went huge this year and made a 50 foot step down. Huge for the area. Also has a 30 foot cannon tube
 
60ft first jump about 10ft tall, 70ft second jump about 12ft tall

wish the speed wasnt so much of an issue though.
 
Cannon has a pretty sizable jump line to the right of all of their other features, not sure on the exact sizes though

also did you guys say bretton woods has a 7 jump line and theyre scary?? last time i was at bretton woods was years ago but they hardly had anything like that
 
I was there about a month ago and the last 3 or so jumps were sketchy as fuck with a ton of carry on them. First 3 or so are decently sized.
 
interesting. no joke, last time i went there they had like 2 shitty rails jammed into the snow and a bump that i guess could be called a jump

have you checked out the new big air jump on suntanner they built for the vt open? didn't get a great look at it myself but it looked pretty massive.
 
Its like 50 feet max, and apparently pretty shitty from what I have heard from snowboarders in the comp.
 
Tremblant's jumps are probably only 40 atm, very well built, but not up to par with last year's massive jumpline! Also, only 2 instead of 3 jumps
 
some people here are wack. bretoon woods park aint got shit. gunstock's biggest jump isn't big, they made a huge hip for a snowboard comp like 3 weeks ago but closed it to the public which is bullshit. someone said sugarbush and they don't have big jumps at all!!there a moun tain for hitting rails and creative features in the park whic his always a good time!! The biggest jumps are at Sunday river, Carinthia, Waterville and Loon biggest is big but it's a stepdown becasue it's a snowboard oriented park. But for biggest Jump would be when sunday river has dumont cup but if your talking biggest jump open to the public it's SEVEN SPRINGS IN PA hands down!! they have a 70FT for Rev Tour that they leave up all year.
 
Loon has an 8 jump line in LMP. Last one is prob. 50 or so, maybe a little smaller. More jumps than last year but they dont have anything over 60.
 
the lip and landing dont match. the takeoff is too tall and mellow for the landing. big ben on the other hand has some pretty large features. im surprised the VT Open wasnt there and use the left lane.
 
Sunday River in T72 had a 65 footer that was dub-able, however, the jumps are being redone this weekend and according to park staff, the jumps are getting made bigger, so probably larger than a 65 footer
 
About comparing Loon to WV. Loon is mostly all step downs so unless you're into that(unlike me) then you most likely wont like it. Its also mostly down rails/variations of down rails i.e donkey dicks. WV has a 50-55 foot step over jump that has been pretty good all season but other than that all the other jumps are trash. They do however have some fun rail features, and WV is always less crowded than Loon and the park is way more lappable. I have to say i prefer Waterville overall.

looks pretty nice and tall. good in run and ample setup time on the transition
