mosely exposed the sport to the public eye. but thats about it. for people that already were involved in skiing, id say Scott Schmidt was definatley one of the biggest, Glen Plake is definatley up there, Seth Morrison, Eric Pollard

Mine comes from snowboarding, I learned from copying them.
Before I even knew about guys like JP, JF, Mike D, Vinnie, and all of them, I was trying to do some cool stuff on my skis like all my friends were doing on their boards.
def the early canadians started this shit... now i think for me he people who influence me the most are the people who are workin the style like mikael and pep...
I think for style I would have to go with crighton, I have beens studying alot of his shit and how he does it, he has such raw talent... he pops off of everything no matter what it is... yeah the earlier guys are obviously a huge influence, but I think I try to take my style from the new ones for some reason.... crightons butters r so nasty too.....

My biggest influence is JP Auclair. He was the first pro skier i knew way back in 98 and his style and innovativeness were unheard of. In todays standards, my skiing is most affected by Pep Fujas. His style and innovativeness are also amazing.

pollard, and deshaunaux for sure..... pollards additude towards the sport, where it should be, and where he is almost singlehandedly taking it. Deshenaux for his pure style, no one can say that that boy isnt ridiculous.... basically anyone who just does it for themselves, and has a vision gets influences me to take it to another level
whats with the lack of acknowledgement of Schmidt??? he was the man back in the day, and still is. he would take on any cliff without fear, and kill it. he was doin 100 footers way back in the mid 80s, before most you kids were even born.
and what about eddie lincoln???
