Bigger image size and higher res images in M&A? Let's do it!

color management of photos is messed up when you insert them, you have to click to blow them up and get a decent color rendition. Also, they are limited to either 600 or 1000px in width (forget which, but i know thats more for the fixed with of the forum page)

there is something wrong with the enlarger though, gets pretty annoying when you click, it loads then snaps to a resized image (which sometimes is shrunk down and cannot be scaled back up to 100%)
 
Ah i see. Well, as long as you link to a high res photo, im sure some simple code stuff would fix those other small issues.
 
i use my iphone for 75% of internet browsing I do, high res photo are annoying and unnecessary. I never export any photos over 1280X720 72 dpi unless I'm printing.
 
You can upload images. But they get downsized and the quality is lowered.

But I really meant when you POST an image between image tags. They're like 250px wide or so. And super shitty quality. There's a bunch of good photo's in the 'best photography' thread, but they all look like crap. Such a shame.
 
has anyone noticed that some quoted images are scaled down and not clickable within the quote box?
 
yep, but when on an iphone they are super big and you only see a portion of it. weird
