Big ups to jiberish!

so I just got a call from Pete Drago. He was calling to inform me that they were packing up my order of jeans and the gray pants. He then informed me that even though i pre-ordered a size 36 in all the pants, they were out of that size in the trouzers.So he offered to pack in a smaller size or refund my money or put in the brown pair. He then told me that he would put his personal cell phone number in the the package incase I had any issue with my order.

Mad props to jiberish right there. I dont know of a single company that would personally call to apologize and get the issue resolved. I wish all companies could be so legit.

Agreed, Pete's customer service is ridiculous. I took my Level 1 crew in to show him the cracking, and he straight up traded it out for whatever jacket I wanted from this year. I just pulled stuff out of boxes and tried it all on until I found one I wanted. So legit.
 
Such a legit company - they are always surprising me on their customer service and always trying to keep everyone as informed as possible.
Most companys would have just put in the smaller size and hoped you didn't notice or wrote you a letter in the package saying they refunded your money not call you, give you three different options and then say here's my personal phone number if you have any problems call me. SO sick.
 
I think it's unfortunate that they oversold some stuff, but the way Pete's been handling it is excellent. I had a similar thing happen to me and I was really pleased with his customer service.
 
i did get them in 34, but pete informed me that all the pants fit about 2 inch bigger, so a 36 is really a 38 and so on.
 
Not really, unless European sizing is whack (which I highly doubt) my 36 Jiberish jeans fit tighter than my 36 Edwin jeans / 36 Pace jeans.
 
thanks i was wondering how the pants were running. Im normally a 33 but in some pants a 32 fits. I just didnt want to order the 32 and have it be skin tight
 
yeah dude, pete called me too to inform me about a shirt not ebing able to be shipped for another week. so he shipped the rest of my stuff and will ship the shirt later. not to mention he found a XXL banger which is sold out for me and XXL morado. so stoked on jiberish's customer service.
 
well i got a smaller size than what ive ordered in the mail and i emailed him. he said he would fix it but i haven't heard from him in a few days. so idk
 
Yeah lets suck this companies dick some more because they shipped me the wrong stuff! They are SOO legit.
 
Name one company that hasn't fucked up at some point? They are legit because they go above and beyond to fix it. Stop sounding stupid, a 5 year could understand.
 
jiberish customer service does a great job in my experience. when the print started falling off my solid tee last year i got prompt, friendly customer service and was able to get my shirt back to them and a replacement shirt shipped pretty quickly.
 
well i called his cell number today and he said come down to the store and he will exchange it. went down and hung out with him pete and blake for like and how such nice guys. ended up betting my xxl jungle cat and then bought a morado xxxl. the store is literally just packed with boxes of jiberish and then boxes of jiberish getting shipped out. its only 2 guys doing the shipping for over 500 pre orders so a mistake isn't a big deal. Pete and Blake are probably some of the nicest business guys ever.
 
I went there last week, and I agree 100%. They are working their asses off to get the shit done. Did you try on any 4XL stuff from the athlete's closet?
 
mad legit did the same thing for me got a personal phone call cause they ram out of xl verde so he let me pick a new hoodie I wanted and let meupgrade up to a xl mojave yellow. so sick legit guy

 
Atleast we can get something good out of a company cuz of the high price. My tee I bought from them was 32 bucks
 
yo i just ordered banger from get boards. i heard they r shit so im kinda sketchin about it now. so like jiberish sends it out and not get boards?
